At my studio, nestled in the breathtaking Blackdown Hills of Somerset—an area of outstanding natural beauty—I offer small group classes and personalised 1-1 sessions. This tranquil environment is ideal for those new to yoga, as well as those dedicated to deepening their practice or managing injuries. With a variety of yoga styles available throughout the week, you can find the right fit for your wellbeing, among the hills.

Your first group class is complimentary, allowing you to experience my teaching style, my voice, and the peaceful space that surrounds us. Yoga is a personal journey, and the idea is that it resonates with your spirit and leaves you feeling uplifted.

All classes are designed to be simple yet transformative, with your own intention as the guiding force.

    Discover a balanced mind and body through gentle, mindful movement and extended holds that invite you to deepen your practice and calm your central nervous system (suitable for all)

  • This day is set aside for 1-1 bookings.

    The detail of the class is bespoke to you and your needs/desires.

    (This could also be a private class for up to 4 friends )

  • Yoga for Longevity 12 -1 pm @ Jordans Courtyard, Ilminster (Book direct through MindBdy App.)

    This class aims to enhance overall health by promoting physical flexibility, strength, and balance, which can prevent injuries and improve mobility as we age. Additionally, it fosters mental clarity and emotional well-being through mindfulness and breathwork, contributing to a healthier, more fulfilling life. (Suitable for all)

  • 0900-1000 hrs

    Strength & Suppleness Vinyasa Flow combines dynamic movement and mindful breathing to build strength and flexibility, making it ideal for those with some prior yoga experience.
